fiResponse™ is an enterprise system offering capabilities for managing emergency response to all-hazard incidents, with a particular focus on wildland fires. It is designed to support the complete incident lifecycle by providing a common operating picture that facilitates multi-agency utilization with seamless synchronization and data sharing across various users, agencies, and devices on different platforms such as Desktop, Web, and Mobile.

The core functionalities of fiResponse™ are tailored for incident management, resource control, and real-time resource monitoring through spatially enabled platforms to improve situational awareness and aid operational tasks. The fiResponse™ Mobile App is primarily aimed at enhancing situational awareness for emergency response personnel in the field.

Key features of the fiResponse™ Mobile App comprise the ability to view, create, and edit incident details; dispatch to or select incidents to monitor; get routing directions to an incident; access incident weather information; capture incident photos; map incident points, lines, or polygons using GPS or by digitizing on-screen; background mapping using GPS; optionally share resource locations and view other resource positions on the map; as well as view, create, and edit incident log messages.

The fiResponse™ system, along with the Mobile App, can be tailored to suit organizational requirements.
